Because of this limitation, we are always happy to accept custom order jewellery for people. Maybe it's an extra special gold piece you want set in rose-gold, maybe an extra-large cabochon opal to really highlight the opal's iridescence, or maybe it's a heavy-gauge captive-bead ring for a stretched piercing.

Firstly please fill out the custom order form below and we will get back to you within a couple working days with a quote alongside a payment link for a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

Your custom jewellery will then be added to our next order with that supplier. This means our average turnaround for custom orders is approximately 3-6 weeks, depending on the jewellery brands current processing time, where the order is placed in our cycle, and international shipping.

We will then contact you once the jewellery has arrived to organise a complimentary installation of the new piece for you. As well as payment for the remaining 50%.

If you need your jewellery quickly we can sometimes accomodate this with surcharge to your payment. Often bringing the timeframe down to 2-3 weeks. Please let us know if this is required. Please note this is still largely dictated by current international shipping speeds.
