Rook Piercing Appointment

Jewellery is additional from $17+ per piece. This service includes consultation and jewellery selection time.

Tucked further into the ear, rook piercings can often be amongst the easiest cartilage piercings to heal: They are protected from most knocks and bumps, while still being accessible for care while healing. They heal best with curved barbells when fresh. Small rings are possible once healed.

Certain styles of in-ear gear are useable with fresh rook piercings: In-ear earbuds which sit down from the ear canal tend to interact well with fresh rook piercings, whereas "sports" style earbuds which loop up from the ear canal can at times be problematic.

Average healing time 6-12 months.
Recommended follow-up timeframe 4-12 weeks.
